C Blanche

Ever heard of C Jane? Well she has the most amazing blog. Its cute, funny, well written, and not annoying at all. In case you didn't realize, C Jane is short for Courtney Jane. Hey, my name is Courtney too- how 'bout that.

Anyways, C Jane occasionally does guest blogging. So in honour of how great C Jane is, I am going to have a week of guest bloggers! Next Monday through Friday I'll be known as C Blanche and this blog will be taken over by strangers.

Monday is taken, so that only leaves 4 more days. Let me know if you're interested in being a guest blogger! Guest bloggers can blog about anything they want.

In the meantime, this is what we've been up to lately...
We've been eating water bottles, fingers, dresses, and anything else in sight.
Looking fashionable in patent leather shoes and a pink bows.
Lots of laughing.
New shades.
Baseball games. GO GIANTS!
Pulling tounges.
Got a fabulous new blender.
Met a cowgirl.
Took a couple mouth-open naps.
Gave lots of open-mouth "kisses".
Watched Bedknobs and Broomsticks 3 days in a row.
Met some new cute friends.
Some pretty clouds.
Won a bagel.
Discovered that a big bag of spinach wilts down when cooked to nothing.
Had way too much fun swimming.
And a flapper photo shoot!

I'm C Blanche and C Jane is my blogging inspiration.

No more tonge

On Friday night Reese had a basketball game, and of course being the good wife I am I attended. Anyways, Reese had the ball quite a bit and EVERYTIME he had it... the tonge was sticking out. Whether he was running down the court, bouncing the ball, or shooting it his tonge was out. And actually now that I think about it, his tonge was out when he was trying to block guys as well! On the drive home, I let him know that everytime I saw that tonge come out I cringed because if anyones elbow/hand/anything hit him in the chin or anywhere around the face... he would bite his tonge off. What did he have to say about my concerned-ness? "Ha ha, my mom used to tell me that when I was younger all the time"

So I think I am going to bring a bucket of ice to every game now. Just in case Reese does bite his tonge off, we'll need something to keep it cold on the way to the ER.
