Melktert

Last night I found the greatest South African cooking website. So far everything looks and sounds so good! I made melktert last night and it turned out wonderful. Then today, I tried a different melktert recipe and its sitting in the fridge now and looks awesome. This new one I tried was a no-oven recipe. I just mixed up the ingredients, put it in the microwave for a few minutes, and then put it in the fridge. Can't wait to try it!
